The App is for anyone who lives in Scotland and is compatible with Android devices.
The Find my Nearest function allows you to locate health and care services within your local area by using your post code or location. You will be able to see how far away each service is, if it is open or closed and contact details for the service.
The chatbot function allows you to answer questions and find out how to get further advice for a range of conditions. Conditions will be continually added to this to improve your experience.

Beyond useless very few options will just loop you round rather than give advice. For example under muscle, bone & joint the only option is lower back pain and none of the above which takes you back to the main menu.

AI has a place. But it's not for medical. Some symptoms you can tick boxes but not when there is a multiple symptoms caused by the same issue.

The only options for muscle, bone and joint pain are lower back pain or none of the above. Choosing the second option just sends you back to the previous menu. Pretty useless.
